Step One

Let’s start with a free consultation. This is usually 10 - 15 minutes and helps determine if we are a good fit. We will get a sense of each other and decide if we’d like to schedule an appointment together.

 
 
 
 

Step Two

Once we’ve scheduled our first session together I’ll send you paperwork to complete prior to our first appointment.

 
 
 

Step Three

At the beginning of our work together, I ask all clients to commit to weekly appointments. Therapy is most effective when attended regularly and consistently. After some time of working together, and depending on your needs, sessions can shift to every other week.
